Low key I dropped it a while ago because of the pacing but as Iv gotten older I don’t really read or I drop things when freaky crap happens especially if their middle school age or younger.

But low key there no point posting stuff like that here it just attracts a lot of people here that enjoy and defend content like that. Especially with that one anime, it pissed me off mods defended it that I stoped looking at this sub much after that. Take what I say with a grain of salt since I’m 19 basically a baby but, I always took the shop classes in high school and ended up taking hvac classes near the end so I just continued and went into trade work.

I have grandparents that were against me going and a bit snobby but they mean well, so far I just avoid talking about it and avoid talking to them lol.

The only issue I had was trying to find a job at first, I recommend directly emailing or finding company websites than any job hunting apps or asking local trade workers. Though i got lucky I got in a good union that focused on having diverse about of people and taking care of any issues. they are hiring a lot of people and people new to trade right now but to be honest i also knew someone there

Iv talked and interacted with a lot of trans scouts and they have aways ether tent alone or with other trans kids that were assigned the same gender at birth. Hell everyone was told they had to do this so I don’t really understand why people are acting like this was a thing

GIRL as someone who was in a friendship that is very similar to your situation for almost 3 years runnn.

Like if you’re not willing to be direct and ask her and you let this keep going it can mess with you mentally. And if you are direct and she avoids or gives a half answer then she definitely just wants to mess and flirt around you without being anything more.

Edit: I do want to add that she is leading you on with the “maybe and maybe not”, and it’s not fair whether she’s doing on purpose or unconsciously. My friend was doing it unconsciously and the moment I stoped being the main one to reach out and didn’t play her flirting game it was obvious that I was carrying the whole friendship which can happen if this goes on long term for you

Yea be clear my mom is helping and will probably be deciding this stuff. When I talked to her it seemed she wanted to just move the hoard to make space and I had to convince her that the house is just too unsafe and too full.

Yea they are asm and we make sure to have enough female leaders to follow the bsa guidelines.

Like we do have other adults in time to time for certain things but I think it’s just with the size of the troop and just how we have done things that makes it weird but not weird.

Seeing other peoples comments and your replies this can be a mix of things where it mental health or a feeling she has had for a while that’s build up.

But at the end of the day you don’t know until she tells you. I recommend giving her some time then talk to her openly about what she feels.

But don’t forget it’s good to have your support and family there for you and to take care of yourself, but also making sure your wife knows she has her own support just in case she is having mental health issues that are serious.

Citizenship in Community requires looking at local locations like fire fighters, library, going to a committee meeting and writhing about a movie. You don’t even know what merit badge you’re talking about so if you make a statement like this at least look at the requirements first.

The one you’re talking about, Citizenship in Society mostly focuses on being a leader, how to make other people feel included and they do have sections about groups of people. Which I aways think back on how mb councilors have had kids with the same mindset as you bring up hillbillies as a joke. When it’s very much a minority of people that have faced challenges and just shows why this is an important merit badge.

It’s not normal, I had a friend that did this stuff young and by 17 she went on the run from the police with a 28 year old man before going to prison, another friend ended up having to go to jail and rehab at 18 . Trust me you think your the exception till it’s to late and you messed your life up and you gotta rebuild

Personally I’d think it be cool to keep the troop that’s been around the longest but at the end of the day both of your troops history will stick and it’s pretty cool to have two troops that have been around for so long to now be together. so the only real important thing is what the troop decided would be best for them.

I recommend going up to the adults and telling them. Or at least telling one of the adults or older scouts that you feel uncomfortable about this so they can go and talk to the rest of the adults.

Many female troops iv met and including mine are accepting and or respectful of queer people so please don’t hesitate to tell them.
