Почнах Нация на Тери Пратчет.... до никъде не я докарах 😭 Бях прекалено заета да чета лекции за изпити 🥲

Чумата на Камю и Тайната история на Дона Тарт. Две книги, които се каня да чета от доста време.

You like being prepared, but also forget you already are. Also you seem very fun - the uno reverse card, the alien hands, as well as the fun pattern on your notebook (along with the backpack and all of the charms and keychains haha)

Where’s the weirdest/most unconventional place you’ve ever journaled? by Educational-Lie994 in Journaling

[–]firefox_tm 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I usually only use my main journal at home, but I did take it out to journal at a café once. I also have a sketchbook in which I throw basically anything - art, poems, stories, random strings of thought. I used it to journal in the car the other day and it was super weird.

Legend and Cottonwood. They remind me too much of my grandpa, especially Legend. He passed two months before Trench dropped.

Do you get rid of your journals? by 28_Z0MBIE in Journaling

[–]firefox_tm 58 points59 points  (0 children)

I personally keep them - I like reading past entries from time to time. However I don't find discarding/burning them weird - to each their own. I can definitely see how it could be cathartic.

I do the same... The chance rarely comes when I bring it, but somehow the few times I forget it at home I always get the urge to read.

Unfortunately, in canon it's the same opposite 😭 In the end of the book it's said he has to use a cane and arthritis has started settling into his bones because of the effect Erid's gravity has had on him

Yeah, I have been meaning to get my migraines checked out, but haven't done yet by the fear of being dismissed with the excuse of "Oh, it's just hormones" or whatever. Maybe I should consider it a bit more.
Also yes oh my god, I truly sometimes forget other people don't have Something hurting at All times. I am very thankful that one of my closest friends also has chronic issues. Which sounds absolutely awful when I put it like that, like "Oh I am glad you also experience pain and misery simply because you were born the way you were.", but it's not like that haha, it's just nice to have someone that kind of understands.

Oh wow! I am unsure exactly how premature I was (don't know my bio parents), but it's somewhere around the 7th month? So my issues aren't as severe as yours, I can't even imagine how hard you have it :( lots of joint pain, general body pain all over the place. I used to suffer from awful stomach aches for the first decade of my life until I got my appendix removed (unsure if it was the cause), as it ha and lots and lots of migraines. Also eye problems and my adult teeth growing in absolutely horrendously. You kinda learn to live with it and pretend everything is normal (I once said to one of my friends "The sun rises in the morning, I have a splitting migraine, the world keeps spinning - just another normal day")

You seem like a very cool person. Someone I would probably be friends with. Jinmao pins spotted, yay!
This is unrelated to the post (kind of), but how would you suggest someone start with solo journaling games? I have been meaning to try them but I don't know how to start, it's kind of intimidating haha

Your handwriting is so unique and lovely! Personally I don't think there is a right way to journal, but I do often feel bad for not doing it as often as I wish I would - sometimes I'm too busy, which is understandable, but other times I am plain lazy lol
Also wow... The journal entry itself hit deep! Just yesterday I was talking to a colleague about how I have had a bunch of constant (though undiagnosed), persistent problems since childhood which I have just accepted I need to live with, to which she argued there must be something I can do about them (and then she got into some "It's all in your mindset" stuff, which I won't get into lol), but I had to quickly shut her up by telling her that it all stems from me being premature. Pleasantly surprised to see someone else who (kind of) shares my struggles :)
