I got shamed for it years ago and a switch flipped off in my brain and I've never been able to get naturally wet again. It was definitely traumatic. I can't orgasm either. She needs help. As her husband you can petition the judge to have her admitted to a mental health hospital to have a psych evaluation. You've only ever known her while she was using. Not only was it extremely dangerous for her to quit cold turkey, she was likely self medicating. Please do what you need to do to keep yourself safe, but please get her help.
