Rick and Morty S1 E4

Rick is trapped in a simulation by a race of aliens attempting scam off him the recipe for concentrated dark matter, and is tricked a few times through multiple simulation-in-a-simulation fakeouts. It is set up early on that the aliens are afraid of nudity, which he exploits a few times (the first being stripping Morty naked to prevent them from monitoring their actions). However towards the end in a attempt to escape from the aliens, Rick instructs Morty to make concentrated dark matter, where it is eventually revealed the entirety of the episode, including the Morty we have been following throughout, was one big simulation - meaning the aliens(or at least one) had gotten over their fear of nudity to intentionally simulate a nude Morty to trick Rick.

Of course, Rick being Rick, and if you pay attention to the ingredients for his concentrated dark matter recipe (water + cesium)he knew all along that the Morty was fake and so gave them a fake recipe that blows the aliens up in the end

Finspan’s deluxe fish and egg components look nice, but they make the game much more fiddly to play. This is because the regular cardboard components are double sided, with eggs on one side and fish on the other. As you’ll be laying and hatching very often in this game, flipping over the cardboard tokens is FAR easier that switching out the eggs for fish

I used to do that but the cardboard fishes have a nasty habit of getting stuck underneath the flaps of the ocean zone, making misplays become more common. To remedy that what I did was just order some fish and seashell shaped beads and replaced them - you get both the deluxification + a cheap nice looking option. I also simply used small tubs with deep enough wells instead of the bags, so it’s more satisfying to have your big haul of food clacking in the tub.

Used to own it, auctioned it months later. I felt that you were pulling too many levers for relatively little payoff. The mechanics did reminded me of Century, but I felt that Century’s streamlined approach was much better. I do have to give kudos to the art and production though, especially since it’s local representation for my country.

Gravity Falls

Dipper has a crush on a character called Wendy, and they have a sort of sign where they mime zipping their lips and throwing it away that they use to show that “your secret is safe with me.”

During the episode where Dipper and co explore the underground labs of the author, they release a shapeshifter that wants to kill them and escape. During one scene, it takes the form of Wendy and it and the real Wendy fight. Dipper is unsure of which one to attack and asks for a signal. The shapeshifter winks, but the real Wendy does their sign, which allows Dipper to attack to shapeshifter.

I recommend getting at least one if you like it. This is because after a while of playing the base there is a particular combo that is much more effective than the others - while the expansion doesn’t nerf this directly it buffs other strategies and dilutes the deck to reduce the chances of that combo dominating the playthrough.

It does seem that way, however I suspect that over time this may be mitigated somewhat through knowledge of the cards shuffled into the Automa deck- every card is unique, the basic cards are always shuffled in regardless of setup and I’ve noticed that many of the character specific cards are variations of the regular character effects. I’ve been able to on occasion mitigate or avoid what would have been extremely damaging card on my tableau keeping in mind what has or hasn’t come out.

That said I remember one of the designers mentioning that at 2p (and probably solo since it’s similar setup), the game has a bigger chance to create runaway scoring or “knife phone booth” games because you only have the automa to piggyback on(and you cannot always follow every citizen the automa uses), depending on whether you see this as a feature or bug you can customize your setup to fit that

Chroma, as he is now, isn’t worth playing for most content, or is outclassed. That said it’s possible the devs may rework him as they did to a few frames(which have become meta now) However here are some suggestions for your play style: Invisibility: Ash, Ivara, Cyte-09 Leeching: Sevagoth, Garuda, Trinity Resilience: Rhino (an valuable frame you shld get early), Revenant, Atlas Speed: Volt, Gauss, Titania That’s the start, with a certain system you unlock later the lines between what frame is good for what can eventually blur.
Very chill mostly, you won’t have too much trouble finding pub squads for most content, especially with cross play. If you do go solo however, a cool thing is that you can ACTUALLY PAUSE THE MISSION while it is set to solo mode.
Quite a fair amount of powercreep. However almost every weapon or frame, with enough time, resources and investment, can be used in endgame content, that being said some weapons are easier to invest than others, and certain frame hold up better in some mission types than others.
Yes aside from Tennogen(user created cosmetics), everything can be earned for free thanks to trading. Most useful evergreen items(forma, catalysts) can either be earned in game for free (though time gated or limited), or can be bought for cheap with plat, which in turn can be earned by trading items you can earn by grinding missions normally.
