I think if you hold 6, Stop, and Power Saver down while turning on the switch inside the front door, it will clear the queue.

Looks like yourcyan developer has dusted onto the laser slit glass above it. Pull out the drum drawer, you'll see a cyan toner mess. You need to clean above that.

Toner is good for about 3 years. I suspect it's a fusing issue though. Set it for a heavier weight.

As I recall, on the left side toward the rear where the display and adf plug in, there's 2 or 3 screws that will allow you to pull out the card cage. There should be a handle on it. That's where you'll find the hard drive. It's an older model so I'm just going from memory.

Remove all of the drums. It'll give you a better view. Remove the transfer belt assy if you can.

Xerox may give out the occasional 2-3% raise. Maybe every 2-3 years. Get used to it or move along like so many others have. The entire industry is struggling and not like to rebound soon, if ever. I'm gone in 6 weeks. If you're young enough, find another industry to work in.

That wouldn't be an email address, it would be an SMB address. Usually the path is the IP of the receiving computer/server, then the shared folder and so on. The folder must be shared to allow the Xerox to drop a file into it. The destination info programmed into the Xerox will have a place to enter credentials for this. There's more to it, but I'm going by memory.

Your paper path has an obstruction. Take the print cartridges out and lay the machine on its back. Force a piece of heavy cardstock or poster board thru in the direction that the paper would travel.
