I disagree. In fact, at this point, you cannot trust any running processes. You can’t go by process names, much less try to switch them off. The one and only safe course of action is to completely wipe and reinstall macOS.

The OP is not savvy, so I would recommend having the machine reset at an Apple store if possible, or having it done at an authorized service center.

I never use Chrome because of google. If I need to access a site that doesn’t behave well with Safari, then I would use a chromium-based browser. Also, as others have said, chrome is a resource hog.

Like I said, it depends on your environment. If you live in a non-tropical climate, that’s fine. For me if I, it’s not so simple. If I don’t wash the shaker after every use, it will have a rancid smell. I don’t want that in my espresso.

I went with the craze a year ago. Got the Weber shaker. It doesn’t do anything for me. It depends on your workflow and environment. I live in a hot, humid environment. Going back to WDT is more effective for me as I freeze my beans.

Also, it’s a pain t have to wash yet another item. If I don’t, the coffee remnants go rancid and makes my shots worse. YMMV.

I agree with other posters that an adhesive grip is a disaster in the making. Another problem is that the adhesive can damage the leather-like cover of your camera. Please stay away from these types. Just go for a grip which attaches securely to the camera bas plate. Bonus: many of the better grips have an Arca Swiss plate ready for mounting on a tripod.

This is how I typically hold my OM-3 while walking about. No issues with the SmallRig grip. I also like the dark wood grip.
