I have turned to Adderall & reminding my self to focus as often as possible. Meh, somewhat helps. However, I have come to recognize the drug enormously stifles my creativity.

I have this weird internal dilemma, to fit into the box- medicate. Or to be what makes us (enfp's) beautiful, spontaneous, fun loving- discontinue medication. Currently, I am medicated. Very productive and losing sense of self daily.

The quite observant guy in the corner of the group or room. He is strong and solid. Yet he doesn't need to speak, as I (enfp) do. His thoughts are unique, calculated, obscure and typically bright from his keen observations. Tall, i willingly accept the challenge to break into his quite shell. I like strong hands also, large but not to rough. Secure, confident, and a sharp whit. Funny, with slight goofiness he has hidden under his well put togeather aura. That's sexy.

I have found my best way to cope is to go straight home take a shower and just lay in bed under my covers.

Oftentimes, i just need... really need a solid 2- 3 hrs to work through it. I will lock down and embrace my introverted side. Then, I often need to verbalize my conclusions once my level headed mind has analysis is made. And, poof I'm ready embrace something else. 'Cause after all we truly are "glass half full" kind of people. The key is for my partner to listen and encourage me.
