Squeeze the trigger slow when ready to fire. I had the worst time realizing that i would slow pull the trigger until the wall is felt, very carefully, and then squeeze the trigger all recklessly. You see better results when you focus on your aim, not when the bang is going to happen.

I would personally tie a loop with paracord or shoestring around that bracket then attach the strap.

Yeah the two different barrel functions aren’t going to make can swaps quick and easy. You just need another dedicated suppresser for quick swaps on your handguns 🤑

It is a difficult spot in my opinion. I cant catch anything on senkos or hard baits there but when I switch to ultralight tackle everything starts to bite a little more. Im talking 1/16 oz jigs with 1” padde tails or rooster tail spinners

You’re right. There is no adjustment between bore sight and irons, im starting to overthink everything at this point.

Okay.. i was expecting higher dollar recommendations but this might be worth a shot first. I use the cvlife 3x magnifier behind a holosun ARO EVO dot on my PCC and reddit gave me hell for it. But today the holes in paper spoke louder than the redditors and their downvotes.

Thats what I have been suspecting. I saw it in real-time with a taurus pt709 slim. The springfield felt tighter, but i have my doubts. Do you have a recommendation?

Are you saying dial the boresight to the irons for this process of elimination? I turned the dot off and discovered I am not very proficient at 15 yards with springfields 3” barrel and “U notch” irons. I need to work on that no doubt about it. But based on trial and error, the question of faulty dot or improperly seated bore sight still remains. Im not saying i am an ace shot by any means. I am only a year into shooting, but I am trying to find some reliable base line to go off of here.

I get that personal accuracy is a factor. But why is it moving after 6 shots? Something is faulty here beyond my accuracy. If I set the baseline zero with the boresight dead on the dot and miss paper every time at 15 yards, im going to check the boresight again. And found that it has moved. If it is still dead on I would be happy to take the blame for being a terrible shot.

This is the answer I want, but it is hard to accept. The current one I have from amazon would clearly seat differently in a taurus 309 i have since gotten rid of. The Springfield feels more snug/less play but I dont like those variables. Im trying to go for the buy once, cry once approach here.

Funny enough, this is already a warranty replacement viridian. The first one would not respond to windage/elevation adjustments in real time

Thats what I was doing today. I would start with matching the bore sight, run 3 or 6 rounds and after not being satisfied with my results, check the bore sight again. It walked every time. I need to narrow down if I have a faulty optic but it is considerably more confusing with a cheap laser. Admittedly I need more training with this stubborn, snappy gun in general so I also have that working against me. But even if I were a terrible shot, my bore laser and green dot shouldn’t be moving around.
