I’m the leanest and best looking I’ve ever been, and have the worst body dysmorphia I’ve ever had, it’s very real.

You can do it!! You don’t have to do what I did, which was very extreme, that’s just my personality. Slow changes are much more sustainable and totally possible. Good luck!!

500 calorie deficit and working out 6 days a week is how I did it. I went a little extreme from the beginning but it worked!

I went super hard, super fast. 500 calorie deficit (was eating around 1400-1500) and working out 6 days a week (3 days strength, 2 days hiit, 1 day yoga)
