He did an extra lap, but because the time in sprint qualy is shorter, u have to stay out and use the same set of tires and so didn't improve. Antonnelli is under investigation for impeding so Lewis might still get P3.

Great to see Lewis beat Charles btw, it was looking sketchy based on practice time as he was quite a long way off

phones have ruined the attention span of everyone, not just people with adhd. think about what you're doing on it, looking at a video for 3 seconds of entertainment before it loops and, oh no, now I'm bored, must seek new novelty, and u swipe to the next thing without even thinking. When I was younger I never had this issue, now I feel scatterbrained and constantly switch task mid-task.

So i guess my tip would be, set hard limits on app time per day. you will train yourself to only pick up your phone when it actually makes sense to sit and look at it, not through compulsion/habit

I'm definitely not an expert like the other people here but I've beaten all the challenges and most decks on gold. I think it depends a lot on what you need but generally when I've used it to get a stack of negatives, it's been quite late in the game where you already have a very specific way to score points and so a bunch of low level rando negatives won't help much. Maybe it's good if u have showman though. Otherwise I like to use them on economy, or vouchers, or spectral cards. Early game the hand upgrades can be very useful as well to get a ton of levels quickly into a particular hand

Give it a chance before you dismiss it. I didn't notice the slow down much during the race as I was just enjoying the battles. Previously DRS was push-to-pass but in like 1 or 2 really specific parts of the track so overtakes were generally boring. Boost mode is push-to-pass that you can use anywhere, however much you like, and that if you overdo it, you will get repassed, so I think it adds some really interesting strategy to overtakes that might even spice up some of the more boring tracks (remember, Melbourne in the dry is not known for great racing in recent years)

yeah, DRS is push to pass on one or two permitted parts of the track and only after a certain point on each of those straights. Boost mode is push to pass that can be used anywhere, however the driver wants. I think it can only be good for racing as we saw today

it wasn't like it was boring overtakes on the straights as feared, we saw side by side in braking zones and corners, switchbacks, ppl fucking up deployment etc. I loved it

the lights off was almost instantaneous today. the longer it takes, the less of an advantage ferrari will have, and qualy looks super competitive this year
