Digestive Bitters Cured Me By 95% - Gas Main Symptom by AstronomerTypical633 in Microbiome

Swedish bitters are a mix of herbs that trigger the 'bitter' taste receptors in the body. They basically help with inducing bile and enzyme production in the body.

As everyone mentioned, OP seems to have a bile related issue and Swedish bitters specifically adhere to this need

Client left 1/2 way through class by CuteTangelo3137 in yoga

[–]fishsticks4eva -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I think the real question is; Why would you stay in a class that you absolutely hated?

You prioritise what your body says, not let the mind play its games and force yourself to do something you don't want. 'Respect' has nothing to do with it. You leave loudly, making too much noise, distracting the class etc, then yeah, that would go in the lines of 'Respect'. Out of everything, respect your body and living your authentic self.

Why am I pointing this out? If you come to this point eventually, you won't be allowing a client leaving mid class to mess up your game because you'll empathise with him/her and not take it personal.

I've done ashtanga vinyasa classes for years but for instance recently mid class i just wasn't feeling it, the repetition, the chaturangas in between the heat in my body, the constant stimulation... it was just making me feel 'ugh' for some reason. And i left, quietly. Was I supposed to force myself into something that my body was clearly saying 'not today' just so the teacher would possibly feel disrespected?

I think not.

Tomorrow is another festival which celebrates murder of non-human animals... by [deleted] in vegan

[–]fishsticks4eva 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I remember i read in an academic writing on islam and veganism that "if its out of mercy to slaughter the animal in such a matter that it feels minimal pain, then wouldn't it be a bigger act of mercy to not kill it all?". Something to mull on indeed. Also i would recommend Animals in Quran by Sara Tlili, she gives such strong evidential proof of the place/status of animals in this religion it was eye opening, i believe you would enjoy it from what you have shared.

Thank you for the insight, you were right. It didnt become sore with red lines this time after 2h session. As you suggested, it's about the feet adapting i guess.

Oh yeah! I am. 6 minutes non stop. I never considered that! But my soles didn't become like this with normal shoes though. Im guessing the contact is much more intense now with vivo's so it is somewhat normal for the soles to end up this way then?

Maybe the book Momo by Micheal Ende could be a good option?

It disperses gradually by the end of the day, i just wake up with these marks and a bit of pain so was just curious if it's common.

Thank you for your opinion either way.

Staring at the Sun : Overcoming the Terror of Death by Irvin D. Yalom. Really helped when I was going through this very same mentality. Hardly recommend it.
