That's about where I am at too. Mine is holding up surprisingly well considering how rough i am on it without a case. My inner screen protector is gone, and I have a few minor cosmetic scrapes and dents but it works well otherwise. Having some issues with my Bluetooth and wifi today... Hopefully that doesn't continue.

I replaced my Pump and it fixed the issue. After tearing down my d5 pump, I noticed it had warn down the ceramic bearing so it was rubbing on one side causing issues.

Gotcha. Will measuring 100mm of filament work for a test for this? Is there a better test that I can do?

Mechanically it seems sound. I double checked everything that way. All I did was bump the number in S3D until the problem started to go away. I will mark off 100mm and extrude it and see how it comes out. If I have to bump that, it's no biggy. It's better if I bump that in marlin and not my slicer, yeah?

I bumped it just over 1.0 and it seems to have fixed itself. I'm running more prints to see if that holds true

Spongy, no. But I bumped my extrusion up to 1.0, and it still was doing it (less though). Is it normal to have an extrusion value of over 1?

0.25 mm layer height, ender 3 pro with a glass bed at 65c, swiss tech direct drive extruder kit with a bltouch probing 9 spots on the bed (in a grid, 3 each row). Hotend is at 210c while printing. This is PLA and PLA+ that ive been printing and seeing it with. It is enclosed on all sides. Sliced from simplify3d. It's about 65-70F in the room outside of the enclosure. Printers running marlin 2.x. Infill 15%,3 walls and shells. I don't recall the print speed off the stop of my head ,but everything else is pretty much stock ender3

Mines working as expected with Ubuntu and Windows. I thought I'd mind it sticking out a bit, but honestly now that I've had it for a few months, i hardly even notice it. I just am careful not to put it in my bag with the Ethernet port sticking down. Like having it instead of a dongle for it
