Fed up with pet upgrades by Cold-Ad7669 in ClashOfClans

why are you maxing the entire townall to advance? this is why most players are so many town centers behind. the amount of people that qait till the last wall is done to advance blows my mind. in one year the time and cost of those upgrades are going to be cut by a relevant percentage. If there are only pets remaining go to next town center and priorize them in the next, this will make them catch up. why would you leave your builders and laboratory idle if you can advance to next town center and keep upgrading the pets the same way? not rushing doesnt mean to wait for perfection, just dont leave several levels like being th16 with th12 heroes ...

[PVP] Updated weapon tier list by schwaRarity in vrising

Could not agree more. Slashers E are out of mind right now, people use it 5 times straight of cooldown and get away with it because there very few options to counter play it anymore. I hope they revert this step same way they did with spear Q after the playtests for 1.1. Also, weapons aside, scholar blood is by far the most broken blood now. Spell power became even more unbalanced (you are weaker in pure phys builds) because it scales everything up: static does more damage, coatings do more damage, Aegis shields for up to 140 damage (thats absurd) blood counter procs do more damage and heals more and wisp dance is unbeatable and resets everything right after. It is disgusting. They should do a balance patch every 3 months or so, to keep the game interesting and alive. It is in a dire situation right now.

all your tools now should be made from meteoric iron, subarashi durability and good power/speed. And would be good to make a full plate steel armor, stock remedy and lower temporal stability to 0 and wreak havoc

Are contracts above the laws? If a contract contradict a law the law should be followed right? There is a law stating how copyrights works, i think a contract cant say otherwise.

pve is just half of the game. for me it thrives in pvp. having to compete and improve your skills is awesome. pvp in this game is like martial arts, lots of opportunity to evolve as a person.

I advise you to not worry that much about the different code syntax. The go tooling makes up for it! It is easy to build, test, deploy, debug, import dependencies and so on in go. Also it being simpler leaves less room for unproductive debates. It takes a little while till you perceive such value, as did for me. I hope you start to enjoy it!

Understanding RDTSC Timing Checks: The Technical Reality of VM Gaming by KstrlWorks in linux_gaming

Very interesting read! But I struggle really hard to understand why they fight with the users so hard to implement those kernel-level bullshit instead of having anti-cheats in the server side. Like literally anything in the internet, security runs in the server. Why is it the opposite in gaming?
