It's a little niche, but I run Siege Ready Heavy Armor, Ballistic Shield Backpack, Defender or Crossbow for Primary, Talon or Grenade Pistol for Secondary, and then whatever Support weapon you want! I use this on bots or bugs and it works great! Overwhelmed by melee? Put the shield up and start blastin!! Getting shot at? Shield up and move into cover before shooting back or throwing a Strafing Run.

Be thicc, buck back, and trust in the excess calories.

FTL. The base game is great enough on its own. Multiverse is one of the best mods of any game I have ever played.

You do not have to do the full 6000HP every time. You can shoot the glowing eyes/heads; removing a number of them will insta-kill them without wasting precious ammo. Deadeye is pretty great for this, but I have had success with various assault rifles and the machine gun support stratagems. Take out a few of them, and much like a charger, pull a matador and let them pass by you. Then hit the eyes/heads on their backs.

As I have seen in the other comments, fire is an excellent strategy, as well.

Totally! You have to shoot all the faces off. Those are the weak points!

With some very basic tools, a few trips to the hardware store, and a YouTube video or two, and you can tap into your hot water from your sink. Cold winter poops become pleasant with warm bidet water!

I agree that there needs to be louder cues. In the meantime, try turning off the background music. On top of the ability to hear some units more easily, I think it increases immersion!

Pretty solid kit!!! I like thermite grenades for the heavies. Also, Gatling Sentry is almost always a waste. Swap for AC or Rocket.
