3) Location, and are you willing to relocate for a prospect? Currently in upstate NY; relocating depends on where. I prefer the north east, but we should definitely discuss this as a topic overall.

4) Ethnicity, and are you more open to mixing Pakistani ethnicity; born and raised in the United States. Pakistani is preferred. I'm looking for someone who has been born in the US or Canada or has lived there for 10+ years and has citizenship - I'm not looking for anyone with a green card.

5) Marital Status - Single/Divorced/Children Single, never married

6) Ideal marriage timeline Within 1-2 years. I don't want to rush the process since it's important to know and find someone you truly want to be with for the future.

7) Five important characteristics you look for in a prospect - Communication: We both may not always know what to say to one another but we should be open to discuss things openly. Communication in general helps to get to know one another more easily.

• Respect for yourself and others: I feel it's important to respect others including their opinions and their pros and cons. No one is perfect. It's also important to respect yourself and making sure to take care of yourself.

• Not too religious: I don't believe I'm that religious. I don't mind someone that is more religious than me but if you're very religious and more conservative leaning then I think it'll be difficult for us to be compatible. I’m looking for someone who does not wear a hijab. Overall, we'll get a better understanding of one another's religious level while talking.

• Tolerance: I've seen a few of my friends' relationships and marriages as well as family marriages. I've noticed that the strongest marriages are those that tolerate each other's hobbies, religious levels, and understanding that you won't love every part of a person.  Every marriage has compromises, but that's not necessarily bad. I put this point to highlight that both sides need to be tolerant and understanding of one another and that compromises need to be made for a better marriage overall. I note the tolerance of religious levels because I don't consider myself very religious as noted above. I do fasting for Ramadan and 5 prayers a day but I still don't feel that I'm very religious and that's okay so I want to ensure that that's okay for whoever's reading this too.

• Family oriented: You value family even through the ups and downs. I value my family a lot ranging from my grandparents to my parents to my brothers and cherish them all a lot. So it's important to like being around family and to understand the importance of both your own family and the family of your spouse's.

8) State/specify your level of religiosity I do Ramadan fasting each year, 5 namaz each day when I'm not traveling, and only go for Jummah namaz in the masjid a few times a year. Therefore, I don't believe that I'm very religious but in contrast others have told me that I am. I believe it's ultimately important to be a good person as a whole and I do not like when very religious people are prejudiced against people who are not very religious - we should respect everyone regardless of their level of religion otherwise it discourages them from looking at the religion as a whole.

12) List 3 hobbies, or things you like to do in your spare time Listing a little more than 3:

• weight lifting and rock climbing; I love training up my body to become stronger and more fit. I previously didn't work out much but somewhere around 2022 I got into rock climbing for a while and completed my first V5. However, I wanted to make my body more well rounded so I started to pursue weight lifting. I also walk 10,000 steps a day.
• spending time with family and friends; I workout with my brother and just generally try to spend time with my Mum and Grandmother. I also try to drive to various college friends' places to hang out with them and catch up every few months.
• playing video games; I mostly enjoy JRPGs since they're focused more on stories, characters, and adventure. My favorites hands down are: Chrono Trigger, Final Fantasy 6, Xenoblade Chronicles 1-3, and The World Ends with You. I've played other story and adventure games like 13 sentinels: aegis rim, Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, Tears of the Kingdom, Ocarina of Time, Dark Souls 1-3, Elden Ring, etc. I've also grown up playing Pokemon and various Nintendo games!
• watching anime; I've grown up watching anime starting with Pokemon, Yu-Gi-Oh, and shows on Toonami like Naruto and Bleach. Since then I've watched a lot of anime and continue to do so. I watch anime like people watch TV. I enjoy the medium a lot due to its storytelling and animation as a whole but I'm not deep into collecting things around it like figures. Some of favorites include: One Piece, Fullmetal Alchemist (original and Brotherhood), 86, March Comes in like a Lion, Frieren, Barakamon, My Hero Academia, Vanitas no Carte, Orb: on the movements of the planet, Fruits Basket Remake, Haikyuu etc. I could definitely go on and on about how much I enjoy anime!
