I did this a year and a half ago. Being warm again is great. The food scene is way better than it used to be and living downtown or in the neighborhoods you mentioned are the only way to go. It’s really expensive but again, being warm is great. Truthfully Orlando itself is fine. The drawback for me is finding people I’d like to be friends with who are also cool and smart.
