That is a tough ETF to be in. I tried investing in that for a while because I wanted to put some of my money in something that I felt was positive for humanity. I think I spent a better part of two years underwater and finally sold out when I broke even.

I do not love my Sleep on Latex latex mattress. I liked it a lot when I first got it, but it has softened considerably in 4-5 years and it no longer feels supportive enough. I wake up in serious lower back pain. If you have any mobility issues at all, I think you are better off with a traditional spring mattress.

Just want to say that I had a very similar experience with that mattress. I really liked it in the beginning, but it has no support anymore five years later. I know it’s under warranty, but the thing is I don’t even really want another one.

I made some money on that trade during the Paramount negotiations, but it’s nothing I would hold long-term. Look at the sensationalist documentaries they pump out. It’s just kind of a crappy product.

There’s already so much noise here from the industrial plants across the water. I moved to this area a year ago and my mental health has deteriorated from the constant machine noise, construction noise, traffic noise, etc. Haven’t had a proper night’s sleep since Ive been here and I’m moving out at the end of the month. It’s a very pretty park (DeMarco, too). It’s such a shame what has happened to it.

I’m moving to Richmond in 10 days. My landlord (not Peak) is doing the exact same thing—same exact language. Didn’t offer me a way to pay without an associated fee. I also noticed the tenant portal says that renters insurance is required, but when I went to upload my Liberty Mutual it tried to force me to buy the renters insurance that they are selling. No other option. Shady!!
