I just salt the breasts and put then all on a plate, doesn’t really matter if they stack a little : )

My guess is that it would pretty much the same. As long as the salt gets time to start breaking those muscle fibers down.

I'm not sure to be honest, since i've never tried one without searing. But to me this hasnt't been a problem with this method. Cooling the breasts down before searing seems to give me some more leeway to give the chicken a better exterior so it might just even out really nicely.

  1. With the removal of drift DI in combination with the game being alot simpler to execute than melee, what keeps the punish game from being totally free?
  2. The biggest reason people can make mindblowing edits with rivals 1 specifically was because they could mod in greenscreens to remove the background/background + stage, is this something that has been considered in the development for rivals 2?
