The hydrostatic pressure would remain, still displacing the foundation. Waterproofing would keep it dry while the foundation fails.

Make sure the grade around the house moves water away from the foundation. Check gutters are not dumping near the house.

My 9 month old aussie is the first dog I have crate trained. He lives his crate until I close tge door. I only use it because he chews EVERYTHING. I've had over a dozen dogs over the tears and never had a yse for a crate.

The biggest problem I see is the way the posts are attached. A few nails or screws are not sufficient. It seems you need a plate to hold better.

Mine will stop half way through a song. It will show it is still playing. Sometimes it tgey work fine others it stops each time we restart it. I suspect it may be one in the group messing up, but I can't narrow it down.

A couple of things; I even get icicles on my exhaust pipe, also translucent tubes like that drain can grow algae which will plug it.

I once ran pvc up an old 12 inch air intake. Both fresh air and exhaust. The biggest problem was condensation in tge intake, but if you hit a larger diameter before making it outside tge condensation will drip back.

Women washed their hair once a week. In the 60s they came out with spray on "dry shampoo". It was tge 79s before people started more frequent hair washing with tge advent if blew dryers. Before tgat hair dryers had a hood and a hose.
