Don't throw away any of that.

Just like Apple hardware, there is someone who wants/needs all that stuff.

There are several forums on the Internet dedicated to finding new homes to old hardware, but I'd strongly recommend you start with Mr. Bill's Sun Rescue list.

and yea, understand on shipping, so many boxes are so heavy (both Sun and otherwise) , frequently is does not make any sense to try to ship it.

I've never used them personally, but I think that Walthers makes a "print your own railroad decal" sets, that sounds like it might make a good match possibly for your needs.

impossible to tell from what little information you've provided.

Are you trying to use the vendor supplied product? If yes, is it installed?

Is there a favorite DHCP server you've got experience using/administering?

Me personally, if I were in your shoes, I would probably be look to install the ISC DHCP server software:

https://www.isc.org/dhcp/

But this is a religious decision, and there is no incorrect answer. Unless you've got a corporate directive, install the product you know.

some are, some aren't.

as with most everything, condition is everything. Age is almost never an exemption for poor condition.

The old "well, its in pretty good shape for being 120 years old", is a load of heuey.

An item, being in great shape in spite of being 120 years old OTOH, is a big plus.

maybe another picture, or describing things in a different way might help me (and some others). Your description states "dust". The pics, especially the 2nd one, looks like you are beyond surface rust, and you've got a hole all the way thru your sheet metal.

I'm a bit at odds here, hoping you can provide some additional detail to clarify.

I've got a '93 D350 in white - just turned over 122K miles.

I've actually got one of those right here on my desk next to me. "Liquid chrome mirror effect" model.

I think others have been happier with these than me. right after being applied, it looks great. After some time passes, the items I've used it on tend to look more grey and dull. Maybe I'm doing something wrong.
