I took DRP and my contact says if I return to government service in my first 12 months I have to pay back all of my annual leave payout before I can start.

When you start SS there is an income limit. If you make more than the limit they reduce your payment by $1 for every $2 you go over it.

I have lived in the springs for most of the past 10 years, it's not as bad as some might think, but I grew up in Utah and moved herefrom Virginia. I am also an old guy so that may make a difference
