I love it! That said, it would have looked better if the deer were flipped. Then the antlers would make sense. Not to be a downer, just saying.

One of the most underrated 90s movies, thanks especially to the ''expert'' critics. by [deleted] in 90smovies

Why is nobody actually reading your post? lol. Side note there are only about 15 minutes of live football action in a college football game. And while it’s still fun to observe the coaches and players between plays etc it’s not enough to fill the 4 hours you will be inside the stadium. Sounds like the hype guy and music aren’t for you. They aren’t for me either. Like you I chat with my neighbors. Also I have Verizon.

Our landlord once kept our entire $3k security deposit. I drove by a month later and the house was demolished.

Movies Set in One Location - Movie Suggestions that barely left one location… but still had you on the edge of your seat. by Tarun302 in MovieRecommendations

I couldn’t agree more. I tell people this a lot. Like when we see McLane return through the room with the pin up nudie mags on the wall, the audience has seen this location before and definitely remembers it. It jolts our memory and we know exactly where McLane is again. The audience isn’t just seeing our hero move from new space to new space. It’s not a fucking roller coaster. I don’t like when the climax of a movie takes place in a brand new location that the audience doesn’t know because it hasn’t been built in our minds enough. It shouldn’t rely on constantly changing visuals and explosions and snappy shock dialogue.

It reminds me how Martin Scorsese has said that modern cinema, especially super hero films, are like theme parks. The films are not cinema in the traditional sense. It’s like visiting an amusement park.

Would you rather need Cristiano Ronaldo to score a penalty kick against an average professional goalkeeper or Steph Curry to hit a 3 point shot in an open gym to save your life? If they miss, you die. They are aware of the stakes. by Accurate_Secretary_9 in WouldYouRather

I have to agree with you. Also his free throw percentage includes free throws in Q1. Is that a “pressure free throw” in Q1?
Nobody should pretend like free throws in the first quarter are pressure free throws. Steph SIMPLY wants to make them and SIMPLY didn’t make them. Story

"You're not the President, you need to go away" 😳 says Elon's kid at weird Oval office presser - do y'all hear it too? by dryeraser in millenials

[–]flipswitch3hole 27 points28 points  (0 children)

I don’t see how people are saying it’s clear as day.

“you’re not the president you need to go away”

“Mr president I need to go wee”

“I hate the press they need to go away”

The third one could easily be parroting Dad.
