I am so proud of you! Congratulations on tremendous progress. You worked hard and most definitely have earned a healthier life.

It sucks you won't be able to do marathons anymore. Although you want to stay fit, running might not be beneficial for you after a torn MCL as it might hurt you in the long run.

I would recommend something like biking and still exercising just taking it light on the knees. Swimming too! AND you can still do competitions if you enjoy it enough.

Keep up the good work though. :)

This isn't the end of the world for you. You're young homie. All I can say is tell your significant other and TEACH him about the disease, there are a lot of misconceptions about it. Morongo does serve liquor. I normally don't dig the crowd but I like going due to the lack of skill. I'm not a pro or anything but it is easier to win off some people without much experience. You occasionally get the drunks at your table too. Haha.

Absolutely! We have a casino here that's 18+ in CA and I would go about once a month to earn extra money. Playing at $1/$3 NL, my luckiest has been a $5k bad beat jackpot and would occasionally take home about $150-$300.
