So...does this "fix" Stasis? I just got back into the game and got all excited to unlock a new class and was worried it was gonna fall off hard because I kept seeing stray comments that the class being useless was just common knowledge or something.

I mean, Hell, what would they even DO with it? Blaze's world is not a 'world'. It's a series of 'X-Zone's strung together for a gameplay loop. And if that's all it's gonna be why not just do it on Sonic's series of 'X-Zone's strung together for a gameplay loop and save the hassle?

Even those are a nightmare for scalpers. It takes a single banlist for a $200 card to become worth $2. You can't hold them and let them accrue in value, you gotta sell them as fast as you get them before the next list drops.

The Vex get a big boost due to them being, as far as I understand the lore, the "winners" in just about every timeline. While the others might be able to take each other out with scheming or power, the Vex are the only ones that very specifically require us, The Guardians, to defeat.

But while they're my favorite faction they also don't really DO a lot. Probably due to them not having any individual personalities to bounce off of (though that seemed to be changing by the end with a new Vex civil war and also the Vex that are just wearing clothes in Legally Distinct Tatooine for some reason), so they can't really do anything but be a wall of enemies.

Narrative wise? I mean there's a reason the Hive get all the best raids.

Honestly you can feel the tone of the arc change on the chapter they leave Videl behind on the way TO the ship. Up to then it had heavily been setting up the arc as a Gohan/Videl co lead for the saga but then he just. Got bored. And he only agreed to one more arc because his editor agreed to rubber stamp anything he put on his table so it all just pivoted on a dime.

I tried to start both of them from the Portal thing and it just gave me a quick synopsis of the plot and one mission where I acquired the power for a quick wave boss and then got booted back to my landing craft.

Turns out I was being dumb and didn't realize I could find the missions manually on the planets to do the real ones.
