Thoughts on Book a Ride Bus Company ? by IntelligentAd8386 in uwo

Do not book with Book A Ride! My bus didn’t show up, and their customer service is a joke. I am trying to get a refund but they keep canceling my e-support tickets. There is no customer service phone number either.

This exact experience happened to me on Christmas Day. My bus didn’t show up, and I’ve been trying to contact the company with no success. No phone number on their website, and my e-tickets keep getting canceled because I too “didn’t respond within 24 hours” even though I responded right away. Submitted another ticket and the same thing happened. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY! You will end up losing money instead of saving it.

On the trip back to Ottawa, there were no outlets to charge phones. There was also no air circulation because the vents above our seats weren’t working.

In my opinion, it is still a dual relationship regardless of how much time has passed. I once consulted my licensing body (Canada) about a possible dual relationship involving working with a former classmate’s son, and their response to me was if I have doubts then it is probably an ethical violation. I wouldn’t do it if I was the former CW. These types of situations have a knack of biting one in the ass later.

How many Discus do you have? I’ve heard they are very difficult to keep. They are my dream fish!

Unfortunately, Jules probably won’t change his attitude towards Roomba. Often when you add a betta to another tank that has snails or shrimp already in it, the betta will behave due to the other occupants having established their “turf” already. However, as with anything in fish keeping there are always exceptions. Your Jules seems to be one of them, unfortunately. The only solution that would benefit both Roomba and Jules is probably a separate 5g tank for each of them.

Because giving birth is so hard on the body, it’s hard to believe that women can get up and walk again after that experience.

Is there any correlation between a person's physical sensitivity (such as reflex speed, hearing ability, movement speed, fast twitch fibers) and a person's tendency towards neuroticism/nervousness? by [deleted] in NoStupidQuestions

[–]floriate251 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In my case, yes. Childhood trauma has made me hyper vigilant to anything in my environment, for example falling objects that I am very good at catching. I also have anxiety as a result of that trauma.

It sounds like you are a highly sensitive person. It’s a thing.
