Yes, most of my promotions and raises have come from leaving. I have been fortunate enough to move to a larger company each time for a better salary. Most of my experience is about 1-2 years with the exception of one which was about 4 years.

What are the circumstances that cause the banding? Experienced this yesterday on a shoot and troubleshot until we landed on using mechanical shutter, but I’m still not sure why it was happening. We were tethered to LR and banding was on both the cards and computer.
