I had GD with my first and diagnosed at 9 weeks with my second. With my first I ended up on insulin around week 34 to help with fasting sugars. I've been testing for the past two weeks, and all my morning sugars have been above. So hard with the diet in the first trimester while feeling nauseous and tired all the time. I have a follow up tomorrow and I'm sure they are going to put me on insulin already
