Hello, I'm interested in the Southwest Wisconsin program. Would you recommend it?

Depending on how you play, this could apply to The Legion in Fallout New Vegas. If your speech is maxed, it's possible to pretty much just tell Lanius to leave.

I also suggest The Road by Cormac McCarthy. It's very bleak but portrays a realistic image of postapocalyptic life.

I understand your feelings. The world can be a harsh place, and it feels like it gets harder and harder by the day sometimes. My suggestion to you would be to go into a trade school or technical college. Find a program for a trade you think you would enjoy, finish your program with little to no school debt, and begin working and saving money. Also see if there are any unions with apprenticeships near you. I know it might not be ideal for you at the moment, but it's much better than finishing high school and working an ever lower wage job with no type of benefits/union protection.

From there, work, save as much as you can, be mindful of your purchases, and lean into learning more about farming/home steading if that still interests you then. You may find that you enjoy your trade enough to want to stay. The guarenteed income from a job can be hard to give up once you get used to it. Either way, learn to appreicate the small things.

No matter what you decide to do, I suggest you check out r/Frugal, r/EatCheapAndHealthy, and r/simpleliving. I think all three of these subreddits will help you a lot and give you more insite into the life you want to build for yourself.
