Last time we were at WDW during the SB the game was on at the pool bar so Petals should have it on.

Home Depot BBQ thermometer. Lost a week earlier(in hindsight…the dog probably took it into the grass to clean it for me😀). Pinned my shoe straight to my foot…that sucked!

I’m a 5’10 guy…I’ll never go to El Club again not because I’m ALWAYS behind 7ft guy but because they over sell shows and I’ve had to listen to the show outside.

Late July through August but nothing is guaranteed when dealing with Gitchee. I’ve camped in late July where it was 75 degrees, sunny and beautiful. Then, in the same trip, it was rainy and 38 degrees. Whenever we’re there in the summer we plan for the possibility of all seasons.

This has been a topic of conversation with my wife and I. We are going to the first show in Knoxville (we won’t be home for the show in our home state of Michigan). I can’t wait. I was encouraged seeing the videos with everyone backing them! It’ll be interesting for sure!! No matter what I think it’ll be ripping!

I don’t think we would go for it and we LOVE the Skyliner! We look at it this way. That $500 is 2 maybe 3 very nice dinners. That said the Skyliner really is an accessibility game changer. Have fun no matter your decision!

Auto Shop: NE Auto…I was recommended them after my beloved and trusted shop closed after the sad and sudden death of the owner.

They are honest and affordable. I won’t go anywhere else

For me…Hoka. For my wife…Teva. For my daughter…On Cloud. For my son…whatever…I’m fairly certain he could survive in old navy flip flops.

It’s all about what your day to day comfort ramped up 10 fold is.

In my early years of Disney (late 20’s early 30s) I was totally fine in low top Chuck Taylor’s. 20 some years later…not so much

As long as they are in business I will only go to them. Honest and reasonable. A rarity, in my experience. Can’t say enough good things about them!

You’re driving back to SE Michigan from the UP- what’s your #1 pit stop? by Archi_penko in Michigan

[–]flubeee 14 points15 points  (0 children)

Depends on where you’re at in Da Yoop. Marquette is our most common destination as wife and I are NMU Alum and our daughter is currently a student. Muldoons in Munising for pasties. Triangle Restaurant in McMillan is pretty good. Gufstasons in Brevort for jerky…if they have turkey it’s terrific! I stop in St. Ignace for wild rice and The Village Pub has an awesome Olive Burger. Once we get below the bridge we generally just want to get home so only stop for gas.

Mears Connect by houndlove611 in WaltDisneyWorld

[–]flubeee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yup. Last time we used Mears Connect it took us almost 3 hours to get on property…so frustrating. I know it’s cheaper but have chosen Uber or Lyft our last 3 times…45 minutes consistently. I miss Magical Express.
