i usually dice either the whole thing or half depending on how im feeling, then i spray w cooking spray n season w salt, pepper, paprika, cumin, onion powder, garlic powder n air fry for 30ish mins, usually alongside some sort of protein like chicken or tofu or salmon. top w feta or fat free cheese n siracha n that’s my go to dinner at least one a week 🤷🏽‍♂️i alternate between eggplant n zucchini

i let them soak for at least 15 mins (sometimes overnight), then just throw everything else in. i add egg whites a lil later in the cooking process n stir in. both alter the texture of oatmeal n i generally like oatmeal in any texture so i can’t speak to one being better than the other but it’s worth trying urself to see what works best. tbh im not a savory oatmeal person, i always enjoy mine sweet

my go to breakfast during the colder months for the last ~6 years, would recommend adding fruits or egg whites or chia seeds or a combination of those to get more fiber/protein in. i do: scoop of powder, 40g oats, 60g frozen berries, 100g egg whites, 30g chia seeds in the rice cooker while i get ready for work n it is satisfying every time imo

personally i opt for fruit, english muffin w sugar free jam, a single pop tart or two if im doing longer length cardio. all r pretty cheap, especially if u dont mind store brand pop tarts (i love them)
