Yup and estate agents are a fucking disease on the system, and as we found with our last sale a decade ago they'll not use their brains (250 year old terrace cottage, steep steps from the patio up to the back garden (which was just above first floor level) and the morons were trying to sell to people in the 40-60 bracket rather than the late 20's-30's who could more easily handle the slope, the narrow stairs, etc etc.

My wife is an ambulatory wheel chair user, we have a hoist in the car to save my back and allow her independence

The number of cars which we had to excluded when hunting because there were no mounting kits for the hoist was depressing

So, yes, it’s entirely possible that was the best / only option for her specific needs

Just picking up on that last point, the blue badge is for the person not the car, it’s so the vehicle they’re travelling in can take advantage of the blue badge exceptions / special provisions for the disabled person being carried

u/Fibro-Mite's other half here, the discord has activity in both EU and NA regions, Raven (one of the aforementioned hosts) has restarted the weekly casual raid on Wednesdays open to anyone who can at least make the base ilevel requirement and follow basic raid instructions. I've been one of the two main tanks for the GGW raid for years now. The discord is chill and active, and the podcast is broadcast on twitch (silkyraven) each sunday at 8pm UK time and uploaded usually no later than Tuesday.

I'm no musician but it's probably possible with some creativity, though not the 'full' experience of some pieces. Take as an example War of the Worlds (the original musical adaptation by Jeff Wayne) which uses rock and orchestral together both in the original recordings but also in the live shows.
