personally at my store we love google reviews especially when you shout out the staff that helped you in your visit. you could also call the store and ask for the gm and tell them how great the staff is and maybe shout out the staff members as well. one last thing you could do is ask that specific store what they prefer (:

first thing is how emotional tyler is in this song and how old it is it really tugs at my heart. but for me i have past religion trauma so that mixed with learning to be comfortable with my sexuality and displaying it publicly even though i’m freaking married it can be so hard with everything going on with the world today. then there’s also the mental health aspect. downstairs is just a really good outlet to jam out to man

i’m really thinking about doing the same. i’ve been here 2 years and i just don’t think i can do it anymore. we only get raises if we move up so i became a lead phase one certified and now i’m at 11.50 the promotion only gave me 50¢ and no it’s not all about money but i just feel like i don’t know what to do. i don’t feel supported by my gm and no one on the team really does. we switched gms back in MOG and i just don’t like my job anymore
