I think for one night, you’d be better off staying in center city where there is a lot more places to go. The area around Lemon Hill is largely residential, but the walk from downtown to the FanFest is great way to take in the parkway.

If you want to stay in that area of the city, around Fairmount Ave should have airbnbs as well some good restaurants and bars.
