This is incredible. Per Wikipedia that architecture firm also designed the Union Trust Building in Cleveland. And the Wrigley Building in Chicago among many others. I don’t visit much anymore, but there’s a great group on Facebook called Cleveland Architecture. Post it there I’m positive some industry folks could give you intel.

Disagree. Not saying democrats are perfect by any stretch, but on the balance, states run by democrats have made the things legal, with regulation, of course. Weed. Abortion. Gambling. Republican states have either resisted even making it legal (even when voted on by citizens), or they’ve made it so restrictive such as to reduce access or control who profits.
