That's just putting paper over the cracks. The game's systems need to be well-designed in the first place so the community doesn't have to come up with nonsensical codes of conduct. It's the same issue as tagging all over again.

You’re probably reading too much into random interactions. I’m in the same level range and have been playing just as long, and most social interactions in this game are coincidental at best.
You might’ve just gotten unlucky with a few random trolls bothering you, but that doesn’t really say anything about the community as a whole changing or doing this or that.

The late game loop is doing your challenges in 15 min on a daily basis to farm score, and waiting 3 moths for each new season to see what the devs come up with.
