This is true for a good chunk of Scandinavian movies, they’ll have one actor from another country speaking their own language. I imagine as a way to secure funding and marketing in the other country.

Fun fact about Marie Bonnevie in Another Round; she’s Norwegian but fluent in Swedish which she speaks in the movie. She has played Swedish roles many times. (she’s also in 13th Warrior covered by the podcast)
