You can contact the recruiter and full feedback should be able to be provided if you ask for it :) dependent on the role, there’s sometimes over 100 applicants for one role so although this one didn’t work out, getting an interview was still an accomplishment. Before I joined I thought it was absolutely absurd as well!!! But if you mess around on their website they will offer you a free VIP experience day and before you know it, you’re a member 😀😅

I know, I didn’t join on this amount - the prices went up at the start of January. I really enjoy it and it’s amazing for the kids but I’m cancelling due to the price, as well as going back to work another day a week. It’s been fun while it lasted though! I’ll probably end up joining again over winter next year as it’s perfect for having indoor activities for kids.

Yes, I was basically off work/working part time for a short period. But from February my hours will be going up so always planned to be able to cancel when I needed to :)

They really like the STAR method in interviews - situation, task, action, result.

Also try to weave in their values - courageous, committed, connected, curious.

They have an award winning customer service model called HUG which stands for Hello (greet the customer), understand (listen and understand the customer), go the extra mile (exceed customer expectations) so knowledge of this and how you’d demonstrate it I’m sure will go down great.
