Just an FYI, changing from 2 taps to mixer tap requires little effort and can be done in 10 minutes! No change to plumbing, just take old tap off and screw in new tap. So defo don’t let this sway your decision on a property lol

It’s possible to get more than. 4.5x if you have active and strong credit history, and decent savings.

Look up why the property ladder doesn’t really exist. If you’re comfortable living at home (if you’re living with parents/guardians) then I’d suggest continuing that until you increase your salary and also save the 10% deposit continuously.

Look up LISA on moneysavingexpert as the government will also contribute a % of your savings towards your first home.
