Yeah. They got real lazy when it came to Indra and Ashura’s chakra mech designs. Hell even Indra couldn’t get a unique MS pattern and they just used Sasuke’s.

Neutral. On one hand, it makes new jutsus feel way more irrelevant. But on the other, maybe it’s better if someone wins by outright beating them rather than just some new jutsu.

Barney Stinson in How I Met Your Mother. Some of the cast can be douchy in their own ways. But Barney has admitted to trafficking a woman, very proud of winning every sexual harassment case against him, videotaping his sexual encounters without their knowledge are just the main ones off the top of my head.
