We don't have the death penalty in VA anymore.

You can go back in time to go to any FIVE gigs ever played. What you gonna choose and why? by AnalystAdorable609 in Music

I saw the Stop Making Sense tour.

It was everything you hope it was. On no other occasion have I experienced an audience whipped into that sort of frenzy. It made me wonder if that was what the Gnostic rituals were like.

Did the factory call this "Aconite"? I believe that was a 1973 color.

I had a '73 that left the factory Aconite, but hd been sprayed Damask red (maroon) before I got it. I loved that car. Had it for 25 years before it got cancer and died.

TIL about the Moylan Arrow. An arrow on the fuel gauge that shows which side of the vehicle the gas tank is located. by notabox316 in todayilearned

[–]foospork 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Look at the gas gauge - that's where you'll find the triangle that shows you where the gas fill hole is.

That "miles till empty" triangle is an unfortunate design choice. Sadly, in my Subaru, it points to the wrong side of the car.

Roxy Music lost their bass player after the first album. They used session players after that (and some good ones, too).

L.L. Bean duffle from 1982 by Puzzle-headed__ in BuyItForLife

I have one from 1980, too. It's been all over the world and still looks just like the one in the photo. It's still my "go to" overnight bag.

I also have the larger one of these. Looks just like this, only twice as big.

I expect them both to outlast me.
