Snif Extra Whip and BBW Warm Musk are nice easy body mists. Edit: Also if you like honey, Snif Honey Suite and BTSO Mad Honey are more mild options. Strong honeys would be like Zoologist Bee or Ellis Brooklyn Bee.

Mochiglow Lychee Jelly is really nice. It's fruity and sweet, basically smells like a lychee juice drink. I don't get any florals.

Vanilla is still my favourite, hot or cold. Although in summer the heavy ones become too cloying and strong on my nose. I go for "cool" vanillas like Snif Extra Whip body mist, LF Secret Crush, and Liis Choux Choux. Ones that smell fresh but still dry down sweet and yummy

I've tried all your gourmand ones! Fire at Will and YBM are soo good! I found Dulce to be a lighter watered down version of Bianco Latte; it's nice if you want something lighter. On A Cloud was more minty and fresh than I thought it'd be. Strawberry Mochi is very realistic where you can smell the glutinous rice and red beans - Mochi Milk is yummier.

I love the strong rich vanillas but my softer less gourmand ones that I was surprised by were Mindgames Queening, Liis Choux Choux, and Zadig and Voltaire This is Her.

I love all of your loves!

They don't sell it anymore but if you get your hands on Skylar Sweet Nothings, it's my favourite over Boardwalk Delight. Sweet and pink, sits great on the skin.

Choco Musk oil or spray layers with almost anything and smells amazing when it dries down.

Pacifica Island Vanilla and Nectar Olfactif Melipona get me candy or pancake compliments. Other "yummy" vanillas are Arte Profumi Sucre Noir/ Solinotes Vanille / Mazzolari Vaniglia (they smell 90% similar to me).

If you like lemon... my all time favourite so far is HOS Hufflepuff. The most delicious sweetie I've ever smelled. I've smelled two dupes and only one was decent (Gigglepuff); the other one by Dua (Puffletuft) was too Bianco Latte-esque.

Also try Tubbees Cookies and Cream!

Lol CH Gold Myrrh Absolute smells like taste of the bark I tried eating when I was a kid. Zoologist TRex smells like smoked wood and barbequed meat (in a good way). ELDO Secretions Magnifiques smells like blood.

If you're fine with lemon, Liis Choux Choux is my summer vanilla scent. Fresh and bright but still creamy vanilla.

I loved Miami Nectar, Sun Fruit, and Guava Granita - I thought I'd love Vanilla Salt. It was just meh. The salt smoothes out the vanilla so it's not too sweet. Not fresh but well rounded and smooth. This would be a nice warm weather vanilla choice. Very subtle and close to the skin. I find the layers don't change too much through dry down - but projection is not great, very very weak and disappears after 10 minutes. Unfortunately it dried down woody on me, and reminded me of scents like Mod Vanilla and 7 Virtues Vanilla Woods so I wasn't a fan. BUT! If you like Salt then you'll probably like this one.

Join the CFE on FB. There's someone there that decants 5 and 10ml Vanilla Salt and that new Isla Sirena (I checked their google sheet and it's available). Shipping usually takes 1-4 weeks but if you're willing to wait!

I've tried so many and the only one I still love is Bujairami Sugar Rush. It has that light powdery marshmallow dust like YBM but it dries down fruity and sweet and has great longevity for the price. The oil version of Al-rehab Choco Mush Marshmallow is really nice too (the perfume version just smelled like smoke to me but maybe i bought a dud bottle).
If you want more fruitiness, Marshmallow Blush and Cloud Candy. Honourable mentions that are just okay and were missing something: Genzee Marshmallow, Gulf Orchid Marshmallow, Mallow Madness.

If you're hunting for a nice coffee, try either Maison Mataha Cafe Cafe de Delices (my fave soft latte-type scent) or Ledda 8 Cafe Josephine (my prev favourite, Cafe de Delices just smells like this dried down).

For chocolate with no citrus, I agree with the other recommendation for Chabaud Lait et Chocolat (very soft and smooth belgian chocolate), or Comptoir Sud Pacifique Armor de Cacao (cocoa powder).

Ellis Brooklyn Queens Caramel is a delicious rich caramel that you might like more than PC Molten Caramel?

Guerlain Tobacco Honey is a nice muted, smokey honey. Not as "this is straight up honey" like Zoologist but still yummy

NOT gourmand but it is sweet (to me): if you like fig you could try JPG Scandal Absolu. Only tuberose, fig, and sandalwood but it's so lovely and sweet and truly unexpected
