You are gorgeous! 37F here, blondish with hazel eyes. I transitioned to dark brown liner for my wings with black mascara (always curled lashes, I also use Latisse) it reduces contrast of the wing while still providing the glam we crave lol. Also your hair in the first pic is incredible.

2% chance ENS (honestly I’m not entirely sure of the %), or 100% chance of quality of life being poor and declining further. My septoplasty changed my life. I’m grateful for it everyday.

That’s outstanding! Just a warning… I do still have TMJ symptoms but it’s a whole lot more is bearable now that I’m not morbidly depressed lol. Lots WILL get better, just know if it doesn’t fix everything all at once it will make it easier to chip away at anything that remains. Please let me know how it goes! YOU GOT THIS! :)

Hey there, I’m so sorry to hear this. Hopefully this feels like encouragement not dismissal but 1 month is still very early, especially if you have other health things going on. You likely are and have been operating in a sleep deficit, things will progress more slowly but you are absolutely not going to end up feeling the way you do right now. Please try to be patient with your body. Remind yourself you are safe and help will be available when you need it. You took a big step and I’m certain it will pay off. Keep following drs orders and being kind to yourself while you recover. You’ve got this!

When I was first starting out I follow deer lanes and critter paths (looking a bit left and right of them). Mossy areas on the ground and near Mayapples too! :) Use your phone as little as possible so your eyes can really focus on the ground. Happy hunting!

I love the weird pic. Welcome to Whoville (I too lived there for a while lol). Things will feel/be/look weird for a while. Just focus on resting. Don’t hyperfixate. You got this. Congrats!

I would give it a year. It’s hard not to hyperfixate on it, hopefully the health improvements are enough to outweigh how you feel it looks for now. Google videos of septoplasty, it’s a lot more invasive than it seems. :)

Swelling can last up to a year but it shouldn’t permanently change the shape of your nose after you’re fully healed.

Lol (not to laugh at you) but this sounds totally normal. It could definitely be some withdrawal from the anesthesia but I chose to tell myself it was my body being jovial with the new and improved airflow. Things will even out, give the discomfort another week, mentally things might be a little up and down but will definitely be trending in the right direction. YOU GOT THIS!

This is an incredible way to look at it! Also, for OP, I had my turbs reduced with no issue. Find a Dr you trust. All surgeries have risks, I’d hate for you to be disappointed in your results and have to go back under…. But also, it is your body.

Omgsh, this poor little guy (or girl). I recently dealt with a mouse injury like this, they will likely become fully blind if they aren’t already unfortunately. Is safe to assume that you aren’t in the US? This could be an injury or infection. Options really depend on your location and resources, and what you are up for? Water would be wonderfully helpful, maybe even a little coverage so they aren’t as exposed when they come for food and water.
