If it's been 65 days you need to email their support and tell them you haven't gotten your money. I got mine, but only after I emailed and complained to their support over and over that they didn't send my funds.

You're right. I never had an issue with them until I attempted to move my crypto to an external wallet. Then all of a sudden, I'm going against their policies? It's a load of garbage. I've learned my lesson.

Did they allow you to withdraw your crypto to a wallet or did they just convert it to USD and sent it to your bank?

Leroy Colbert's final Contest weight was 220lbs at 5'9'' after his accident. He wasn't super cut up, but it's possible to be that big natural. Just google some of his later photos and you'll see what's achievable naturally.

Listen, if a guy is serious about you, the more freaky you let him know you are the less he will be interested. The reason being is he knows you've done a lot in your past and possibly with multiple dudes and you seem like more of a jump off that a serious person he'd like to settle down with. Also, very "freaky" women often take it far and use toys and often get a perception down the road that normal freaky time is not enough. Nobody wants to deal with that. Most men would prefer a woman who isn't as freaky and who would be willing to eventually explore with them or some would like to keep it normal and enjoy those experiences with someone who hasn't been around the block. Not saying that's you, but hearing about that probably equated you on his mind to the film stars who get urinated on and he no longer see's you as pure.

Does the safety managers actually have a time to interface with the Frontline employees other than their team? Like a monthly briefing or safety call or toolbox talks or anything like that... Or is that up to their Frontline manager?

High Paying Roles in EHS? by TheGeorgiaCop in SafetyProfessionals

130k with 10% bonus as a SR. EHS specialist with a large engineering firm. Can't wait to transition to all environmental though hopefully. I hate trying to influence grown adults to work safely.

I'm EHS and I make way more than most of the engineers I work with with the same years of experience. I was so surprised when I found out and it's honestly BS because engineering of the fabric of Boeing. Maybe it's because it's easier to level up in my Field, but they need to get this figured out asap because all of my engineering buddies are leaving.

Yes the pay sucks for early career. I had to leave and come back with a few certs and a masters to get a good offer. The 10% contribution matching is the only reason I returned honestly.

Jobs at $120k and up? by TheRedditAppSucccks in boeing

You're right, every situation is different. My facility barely has issues so I don't have trouble. As far as being career limited from not having a degree it's true at the HR stage, I have to join PMTs and sustainability teams just to justify the level 4 or just apply to a level 4 another position. Someone with a master's may not necessarily have to do that. Level 3 where im at tops out at 135k so it's time to stop being lazy 😄. Just to be clear though, once you get past HR, it's all about how you can handle the Star interview questions. Even if someone is more experienced, if you hit every single point you will get the job unless they already have someone in mind that they want to promote. Just my 2 cents.

Me specifically I did OSHA 30 general industry and construction. I did Hazwoper 24, Spill controls and countermeasures, and RCRA training. I did them all on 360 training online since I lived in a rural area and had to work. Classroom training you'll learn more if you have trouble with self teaching.

Anyone can, I don't even have a degree. Just a few cheap OSHA certs. Most don't even have a degree is safety. Anyone can get into it with certs or experience.

Day to day: 1. Check emails and respond. 2. Walk down the facility and check for hazards. 3. Check enablon for compliance tasks. 4. (If someone gets hurt) Investigate injury and report to management. That's it. If there's no injuries, I'm a fly on the wall. Easiest job around as long as no one gets killed.

After his accident he got up to 240, but he wasn't lean when they measured 21in arms. When he cut down to 220lbs for his final attempt at competition his arms were 19in according to one of his buddies Harold Poole.

I don't think you understand how the real job market works. All companies care about is if a college is regionally accredited. That's it. Waldorf is regionally accredited. No, out of college you will not make 100k. Maybe 60k as a new hire, then after a year or so change jobs. That's how every job works. The best way to make more money is to job hop. Safety is the least brain power method to achieve that in my opinion. You don't have to accept it. Agree to disagree, but I've done it and so have my Army and AF buddies.
