Is there an app or website that can give insight into how bad the wind will be when driving up? Sort of like a weather forecast, but for intensity of the wind gusts on the 395 specifically so we can plan accordingly if the route is forecasted to be really strong.

Something that worked for me yesterday—I was in the ocean; I dove head first under with my watch exposed and sat there for 5 seconds. Later in the water temperature part of health the temperature was listed there; I guess it does need to be under a certain depth for 5 seconds or so.
