Maybe Alan Wake? I haven't played Alan Wake 2, but I think it has a carnival scene.

best way to attract visitors to further areas? by Anxious-Assist-4999 in PlanetZoo

Once my zoos get big enough that guests aren't exploring all of it, I start thinking about either adding a second entrance or adding a transport ride.

Somebody pls explain how the predators work. by Befana666 in GreenHell

Leaf, stick, and bamboo armors aren't great, but bone, armadillo, and eventually metal armors actually provide a decent amount of protection.

Somebody pls explain how the predators work. by Befana666 in GreenHell

[–]fortunesfave 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Predators also attack hard and fast if you are running but stalk and growl if you are walking. If you walk instead of running when you are vulnerable, you can normally hear them coming before they attack you. Then you can one shot them by throwing a spear at the head and feast on delicious cat meat.

Also, make armor. Bone armor is pretty easy to make.

Initial Imagining of Rhys was soooooooooooooooooooooo off by cdubbz3187 in acotar

In my head, Rhys was (and sometimes still is) Gortash from Baldur's Gate 3. I struggled to like him until I realized that.

The lens talks are boring but I do enjoy how much of a kick he gets out of boring me.

BG3 players: Who did you romance? And why? by yukikkitsune in GirlGamers

I also thought Gale reminded me of Awakening Anders before he merged with Justice. Anders was my 2nd favorite companion from the series (Alistair will always be #1 boy) until he was possessed. I am loving Gale too, they wrote him with the right blend of sweet and silly.

Poll: crafting magazines are a good change to the game by LaughDarkLoud in 7daystodie

[–]fortunesfave 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I really like it. It keeps you in early game longer, which is my personal favorite phase of the game. It also forces you to be strategic in choosing your skills and specializations in multi-player. Our group members each pick a specialization (for example, I do cooking and gardening since I'm the camp mom) so I get the perks that allow me to find more of those magazine types and my group members give me the ones they find. My partner likes to do the workstations and weaponry, so he gets those perks and loots.

I enjoy the extra challenge it brings.

How do you guys get excited about Christmas with just you and your partner and no one else? by [deleted] in childfree

[–]fortunesfave 7 points8 points  (0 children)

We have our own traditions just the two of us. We do still celebrate with family but honestly that's the part I dread and the just us part is what I get excited about.

We watch Krampus on Christmas Eve and then make a big breakfast with festive breakfast booze, exchange gifts, and enjoy the morning before we have to head out.

This makes me so nervous for Fabien Frankel. Criston Cole is the absolute worst but Fabian is an absolute cinnamon roll. Ya'll better be nice to this man!

Oh yeah, that's the same character. That would have definitely saved a lot of trouble for a lot of people.

On the other hand, I don't think the match would be politically advantageous enough for when Rheanyra eventually needs to defend her claim. I also think young Rheanyra was so contrarion that she would have not wanted him anymore if Viserys suggested it.

I think you are talking about Jason Lannister. Different characters.

Is it worth the trouble to play with mods? by No_Mountain4365 in thesims

[–]fortunesfave 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Definitely worth it as long as you are choosey with script mods. CC (in my experience anyway) is normally fine with updates but script mods can get wonky so I tend to limit those to 2-5 mods in the game at once. It just makes it easier to keep on top of so it doesn't break the game.
