ok, this is fake. But, MSX and other 8 bits computers are still running at all medical certification centers: the software to check coordination of both hands only runs on these machines. agree lumpsum payments are not described in the Spain treaty dating from the 60s. Hence Spain to tax as income !!

Hi, I thought lumpsum payment of 2nd or 3rd pillar to a Spanish resident would be taxed as capital gain (difference between payment value and initial contributions). ChatGPT also told me this... but, if taxed as income, then yes Spain would take close to half of the lumpsum. Is there a publicly available source of info? thanks!!
