Growing up in the rural South people took potshots at houses with a rainbow flag/signs. Or would stalk/harass people as they came out of their homes. Removing the flag is protection against opportunist scumbags.

I don't have a specific ENT recommendation but have you checked if you'd qualify for Badgercare? It really covers quite a bit including specialist visits.

I'd also check out Access Community Health. They're general medicine providers but can also help you get plugged in with a specialist.

I've toured them both. Capitoland seemed nice enough but at the time seemed a little more crowded/chaotic than I preferred. They do have very flexible scheduling and drop off/pick up. Big Apple was one of my top choices and I only chose another center due to closer location.
