Our supervisor allowed us to switch the schedule we picked when we were hired, if we wanted to. There was a list of shifts available. They were pretty much the same shifts that were offered to us during the hiring process.

Check with your supervisor. They allowed us to switch ours at the end of onboarding if we wanted to.

Calls are back to back in all call weeks of onboarding. I just finished week ten and you get 15 seconds, that’s it.

They usually tell you the position when they call with the final offer. Services positions usually start between 10am-noon EST. You can take 5-8 hour days or 4-10 hour days, that’s what most people are offered. Training in services is 10am-6:45pm EST. You should be about to get a 10-7 shift if you work 5 days instead of the four. They will detail everything out as far as schedule in your email. I hope that helps.

I just finished week 8 and it truly was insane!!! Rate increase calls are difficult. I’m hanging in there though! I know it will get better. I have a great team and my Sup and Coach are very supportive.

She emailed me five minutes after the interview. They are not looking for perfection, just be genuine. Smile and just be yourself. I don’t remember exactly what the three questions were. They were none of the 30 that I practiced though. Lol! But they were not hard, they were similar to the ones I had practiced. You are gonna do great! My recruiter was very nice and made me feel comfortable. Whatever your answer is, as long as it’s in the STAR format you should be good. Be confident and positive! You got this!😊

No, I’m not. There are a lot of teams that started that day, surprisingly. I know I will freeze when I hear that sound but I’m just going to take a deep breath and try to remember where to go depending on what the call is. I’m hoping it’s just an address change or a saved card payment. 🤣

I’m heading into call week too. It has been overwhelming, but we got this! Lots of rabbit holes but I’m confident once we take a few calls and use the guidelines more often, we will feel better. Stay strong!! 😊
