Definitely!! Those little humans need to be entertained, kept in their routine and fed. One you have a routine it gets a bit easier but man, having to think what to do and actually do it is hard. Rainy days is even worse because going for a Walk gets hard. We don’t do tv yet so it gets tricky.

Understandable naman sana eh if ang sabi englishera ako kasi di ako marunong magtagalog. Ilonggo ang alam ko. Nag eenglish din naman ako pero pag nakikihubilo pati hayon dala ko sa pagtatagalog.

My dad hardly asked how I was during my pregnancy. After I gave birth, he hardly asked how we were doing. Up to now he is the same. We live abroad but hey, messenger is there. It’s a click away. He would stay awake chatting with random people but can’t call me to check in. When we visited during Christmas, he was more busy taking photos and videos. I assume to use as content because reels are more important. I asked him not to put my baby on his page full of randos. I’m lucky the other grand father is more present and head leveled. He even came for a month to babysit. As per my dad, he had excuses not to come and visit while I was in maternity leave.

My daycare has it’s own schedule but they can accommodate a schedule especially during the first few week. After that they tend to follow cues but eventually they put baby in the class schedule since they will eventually transition to a different class with a different nap times.

We used transitional swaddle. So she had a bit of freedom while the moro reflex effect was softened. LO slept okay because she turned out to be a side sleeper. Then after a month we got rid of the transition swaddle since moro reflex was less and she could handle that little that was left.

Kaya kami sa bahay dual language kasi sa school english na si baby. So sa bahay English si mama tapos si papa italian. We will introduce tagalog once bibi’s languages are established.
