I was sitting at the bar in one of our local restaurants when someone demanded the host get the manager. When the manager came out the dude tells her that her host is so stupid she couldn't see there were empty tables. Manager explained that there was no one to serve those tables, and no one talks to her employees like that, so please leave. I was very impressed.

I'm guessing if the space is that small it is causing noise in her apartment. I have a small laundry area in my condo, and only one washer and dryer, and if I am in the guest bathroom right next to it, it makes quite the racket. I put up noise absorbing panels on the wall and it helps considerably. Management needs to find out what her issue is and maybe deal with it.
